Reading the Reports

Alphabetical Directory of Issuers

H An "H" in a column identifies the corresponding issue as "Hot". Hot is defined as opening up at $.50 or more.
Issuer Arranged in alphabetical order unless the corporation identifies its name as starting with a number, i.e. 3-D. In this case, it will be listed in the beginning of the report.
Range U.S. $ range
Consensus The Consensus Call reflects at what price/ranking Triad expects the new issue to "open" (Consensus Call is for first trade ONLY).
 
IPO's are indicated as follows:
    Dollar range above or below pricing range
Secondaries Consensus Calls Secondaries are ranked as follows:
     0+++  = Very Good
     0++    = Good
     0+      = Shot
     0        = Flat
    -0        = Risky/Avoid
Lead Manager The Lead Manager is always identified and up to three co-managers provided. Denoted to the right of manager #4 is the total number of managers. In the underwriter section and on a separate sheet entitled "Greater than 4 Underwriters", additional co-managers are listed.
 
Underneath the underwriter is a brief description of each company's type of business.
Exchange Where the stocks will trade.

New Issue Calendar

Due Date The date is the Monday of the week in question. Dates are assigned as reported by the underwriters. Reassigned dates of deals are also noted. If issue has not officially been assigned a pricing date, details of the deal will appear in the Alphabetical Directory of Issuers.
