|
|
Catalogues every deal an underwriter is involved in and specifies
the underwriter's role as co-manager or lead manager. The lead manager
is identified with a +.

Lists the additional co-managers when 5 or more managers are mentioned
in the Alphabetical Directory of Issuers.

|
New Issue Calendar
|
|
Lists forthcoming offerings by the most current
week due first and projects out for the next 6-8
weeks. Explain
this report to me.
- Convertible Calendar - A listing of Convertible Preferred and Convertible
Bonds with basic information and projections on each. In addition, verbal "calls"
will be reported on Monday afternoons directly from the trading desk.

|
Listing of all deals actually priced or expected
to be priced that morning. Sent at approximately
7:30 a.m. EST daily (sent Mondays only if there
are deals), it includes all pertinent and last minute
information on each deal as well as syndicate, delivery
and settlement information. |

Secondary Filings
|
|
Listing of all SCHEDULED deals to be priced that
evening for trading the following business morning.
Sent at approximately 1:00 p.m. EST daily (except
Fridays), it includes the issuers in alphabetical
order along with all published up-to-the-minute
information and any important pertinent information
that Triad has attained. |

|
Listing of daily modifications - updates of calls.
In order to keep you totally current with the new
issues/secondaries in registration, this report
is sent daily with either the pricing sheet or the
anticipated pricing sheet or both. In addition,
your salesperson will keep you totally informed
about the development of any deal which you may
have particular interest in. |

forthcoming week and sent on Friday afternoons at
approximately 1:00 p.m. EST. Designed to keep you
ahead of the game, it includes all pertinent information
