Daily: When will I receive these?
Deals Priced Today
Listing of all deals actually priced or expected to be priced that morning. The pricing sheet is sent at approximately 8:00 a.m. EST daily. It includes all pertinent and last minute information on each deal as well as syndicate and settlement information.
Expected Tonight
Listing of all SCHEDULED deals to be priced that evening for trading the following business morning. It includes the issuers in alphabetical order along with all published up-to-the-minute information and any important pertinent information that Triad has attained.
Modifications/Secondary Filings
Listing of daily modifications - updates of calls and current filings. In order to keep you current with the new issues/secondaries in registration, this report is updated as necesary. In addition, your salesperson will keep you totally informed about the development of any deal which you may have particular interest in.
Next Week/Early Read
Listing of all deals SCHEDULED to be priced the forthcoming week and sent on Friday afternoons. Designed to keep you ahead of the game, it includes all pertinent information on each deal.
