When will I receive these?

The International New Issue Service consists of a Master Report which is available in its entirety, every Tuesday, to more than 100 institutional customers worldwide.

New Issues
	New deals added since prior week's service.
Modifications
	A listing of consensus calls that have been changed either up or down and any delayed or postponed deals.
New Issue Calendar
	Lists the expected issue dates of world-wide offerings by the most current week due first and for the next 6-8 weeks. Organised alphabetically, it includes deals that have pertinent dates such as closing dates as well as pricing and trading dates. Explain this report to me.
Alphabetical Directory of Issuers
	Catalogues all proposed deals which have reported definite or proposed dates of offering alphabetically according to issuer. The directory details all issue specifics, including call date and consensus. Explain this report to me.
Underwriters List
	Lists the top twenty LEAD underwriters and their deals.

When will I receive these?

Deals Priced Today
	Listing of all deals expected to be priced and/or traded that morning. Available between 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. London time, it includes all pertinent and last minute information on each deal.
Grey Markets
	Listing of all deals trading in the unofficial pre-market for international IPOs and Euro-convertible bonds. This is an OTC market dealt on an if and when issued basis, available between 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. London time.
Deals Expected Tonight Tonight's Anticipated Pricings
	Listing of all SCHEDULED deals to be priced and/or traded the following business day. Sent between 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. London time, daily, it includes the issuers in alphabetical order along with all published, up-to-the-minute information and any important pertinent information.
The Relevant Dates
	Listing of all deals SCHEDULED to be priced and/or traded the forthcoming week and sent on Friday afternoons at approximately 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. London time. Designed to keep you ahead of the game, it includes all pertinent information on each deal.
Modifications
	A listing of consensus calls that have been changed either up or down and delayed or postponed deals. In order to keep you totally current with the new issues/secondaries, it is sent daily with either the pricing sheet or the anticipated pricing sheet or both. In addition, your salesperson will keep you totally informed about the development of any deal which you may have particular interest in.
